Laughter is music to our soul, it helps us to relax and be happy. Whether you are at work, at home or at play make sure to bring laughter into every moment possible. Play jokes, laugh at yourselves and each other, be silly, PLAY, watch funny movies, read funny things, and most importantly spend time with the people you love and care about and have FUN together! Life is not meant to be all hard work and no play, it is supposed to be fun. Have a good time while you are here and learn to blend that enjoyment into all areas of your life. Have some good laughs, and have some fun. Life is meant to be a good time.


1. Life is supposed to be fun and we need to allow ourselves to have fun more often.
2. Don’t take yourself too seriously. The people who truly love you will continue to love you no matter what and the others just don’t matter.
